I’m Andrew Trodden, the proud owner of Nifty Bear Limited. My passion for marketing began at an early age. When I was just 14, I created my first website and this early experience sparked a lifelong love for digital marketing, which I pursued academically with a 2:1 degree in Business Management and Marketing from Nottingham Trent University.
With over 12 years of experience in the marketing industry, I’ve developed a comprehensive skill set that covers all areas of the marketing mix. My specialties include website design, content creation, graphic design and SEO. I’m known for my meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to going the extra mile for my clients, ensuring they receive exactly what they need at extremely competitive prices.
Launching Nifty Bear in 2019 (as a sole trader) was the realisation of a dream I’ve had for years – running my own marketing agency and helping businesses achieve their full digital potential. My approach is always honest and straightforward, never pushy, and I take pride in delivering exceptional value and results for every client. And, incorporating the business in 2026 was the natural next step to take Nifty Bear to the next level!
When I’m not busy helping businesses grow online, you can find me on the golf course. I have a handicap of 11.2 (for now), and I’m always looking to improve my game. If you play golf at The Millbrook Golf Club (Bedfordshire), you’ll almost certainly recognise my voice as I am well known for several shouts of “FORE LEFT” each round.
Hello! I’m Stanley, the newest (and tiniest) member of the team, proudly holding the title of Mini Marketing Apprentice. I’m still figuring out exactly what my dad does all day, but I’m eager to get involved and make my mark ASAP.
I’m a passionate little chap who loves the outdoors—especially when I get to show off my stylish Nifty Bear clothing. Story time is my absolute favourite, and I’ll never tire of hearing The Hungry Caterpillar (though I’m still baffled—how did he eat through a sausage?!).
When I’m not busy napping like a pro, I’m all about my milk and staring intently at the staircase at home. There’s something mesmerising about the white paint and shiny bannister that really grabs my attention.
I’m full of babbles, giggles, and endless curiosity. For example, what on earth does “ha’way the lads” mean? I keep hearing it at home…

While my godfather handles all the “serious” work at Nifty Bear (which apparently includes staring at his computer and pretending to look busy), I bring the real magic to the team as the Honorary Head of Smiles. My main job? Making sure everyone stays happy and that there’s always enough joy to go around!
I absolutely love wearing Nifty Bear branded gear, especially if it’s pink—because pink is obviously the best color ever! When I’m not making sure everyone’s smiling, I spend my time in the kitchen with my mum and dad, whipping up creative food masterpieces like my latest invention: hummus and raspberries (trust me, it’s amazing).
I also love going to preschool, where I get to play with my favorite dolls (Barbie, of course!), and I spend lots of time with my sister, Viv, and our dog, Toby, who always makes me giggle. Life is all about fun, family, and making sure smiles are everywhere!
